1. Using CGplay

By using CGplay you agree to these terms. Browsing is free and open to everyone. Accounts, reminders and Meet & Play are for adults 18 and older.

2. Please confirm before you go

We work hard to keep listings accurate and we show when each source was checked. Still, prices, hours, ages, availability and rules can change without notice. CGplay is provided “as is”: we can’t guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Please confirm with the organizer before you go or pay. If something looks wrong, let us know. It helps every family.

3. CGplay isn’t the organizer

The activities, venues, classes and events listed here are run by other people and businesses. CGplay doesn’t operate them, supervise them, check staff backgrounds or certify their safety. Tickets, registration, cancellations and refunds are between you and the organizer. Links to other websites are for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

Many good family activities, like water, animals, climbing, sports and playgrounds, come with natural risks. Please supervise your children, and follow each venue’s safety rules and your own judgment.

4. Meet & Play and community spaces

• Be kind and respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or advertising.
• Keep children’s names, schools, home addresses, contact details and photos off the board.
• Meet in public places. Parents and caregivers stay responsible for their own children at all times.
• Membership and post approval are not identity or background checks. CGplay does not background-check members.
• Parent Lounge is peer support, not medical, legal, mental-health or emergency advice.
• Please report anything that feels unsafe. We may remove posts or accounts that break these rules.

5. What you share with us

When you send a suggestion, correction, post or application, you confirm it’s accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You allow CGplay to use it to improve and show listings. Please don’t send anything you don’t own, or anything with children’s personal details.

6. For businesses and organizers

Business information must be accurate, and you must own or have permission for any photos you share. Please don’t share photos showing identifiable children. Approval is a human decision and isn’t guaranteed. If CGplay ever offers paid placement, it will be clearly labeled, and payment never changes how listings are ranked for families.

7. Our content

CGplay’s descriptions, guides, design and photos belong to CGplay or the people who gave us permission. Please share links freely, but don’t copy the directory in bulk or scrape the site. If you believe something here uses your work without permission, contact us and we’ll look at it right away.

8. Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, CGplay and the people who run it aren’t liable for losses or injuries that come from using listed activities, relying on listing information, or dealing with organizers or other members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

9. Changes and the law

We may update these terms as CGplay grows, and we’ll change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
